AS A CONSULTANT YOU

  • Ensure long-term impact by supporting our clients to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance 

  • Ensure that delivery quality is excellent, as well as timely, you drive and implement engagement plans for our clients 

  • Develop client relationships through intensive, co-creative interactions with client teams 

  • Drive client discussions, challenge & ideate with the client teams and facilitate workshops & discussions

  • Prepare and manage proposals, business models, evaluations, diagnostics, value stream maps, organograms, frameworks, presentations ... ad what else you think is needed for an excellent delivery of your own workstream

  • Bring in your own expertise on agile organisation development and build on our pool of innovation consulting/agile/coaching/trainer experts as well when needed for your delivery

  • Keep focus on the main goal of our assignment and act as a change agent and thought-partner 

  • Besides project assignments, you can be involved in the development of edUcate products or services

Requirements

◾️

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

◾️Minimum 3 years of experience as a management / business / innovation consultant or in a corporate environment 

◾Experience in transformation projects, restructuring, change management, organization development, project management office and stakeholder management is highly preferred

◾Strong business acumen and understanding of how businesses work 

◾Strong system thinking, structuring and analytical skills 

◾String organisation design and development expertise

◾High personal effeciency: prioritization of own workload 

◾️English language in working proficiency 

◾Strong inter-personal skills (communication, presentation, understanding, listening) 

◾️Can-do attitude, result-driven and openness to learn 

◾️Entrepreneurial in getting things done and passion for innovation 

◾️Experience in coaching, training methodologies or in agile transformation is a huge advantage

◾️IT knowledge is an advantage
